Okay, this one is my bread nemesis.  I guess it is the chopped onion that just throws off the hydration level of this one and it begins to have a mind of it's own, often with unique shapes and bubbles.  Those onions paired with local dill that I chop and freeze to use all year make this a savoury favourite of sandwiches, especially grilled cheese!
